Summary

This conference for schools, colleges and other agencies, is a call for action in challenging our practices in preparing our learners for employment and will focus on three broad interactive sessions:

• Understanding and Capturing Learner Employability Skills
• Work Placement Standards, Employer Engagement and Work Based Learning
• Delivering Career Management Skills

In addition we will have a number of stalls demonstrating positive practices from across the sector.
