Teaching in Colleges Today (TiCT) is an SCQF level 7 credit rated programme which is ideal for supporting new college lecturers CPD. The free-to-use CDN Learn Online materials can also help existing lecturers reflect on their current practices, keeping them up to date with things that impact on the work of colleges in Scotland.

A range of colleges are currently using the TiCT materials either formally delivering this Unit within their colleges for new lecturers or informally for staff CPD purposes, as its content aligns well with existing PDAs and TQFE programmes, helping provide coherent pathways for staff progression.
