Summary
‘Change’, ‘Team Building’ and ‘Motivation’ are all words we hear often in the sector and very much part of the changing landscapes. The ESPA Conference is an opportunity to hear how teams can be developed and built to provide a solid foundation in these shifting times, and to learn more about the real meaning and impact behind these words for the sector.
ESPA has secured several excellent speakers for the event: Wendy Alexander, Vice-Principal University of Dundee, Paul Little Principal and CEO of City of Glasgow College and Diane Goldberg Director of Live Coaching and Trustee from Alzheimer Scotland, to take part in the conference and deliver keynote speeches on change, team building and much more.
Who should attend
Anyone in the Scottish Further and Higher Education Sectors and Stakeholder Organisations who are in a Senior Executive PA, Administrative or Team support role at all levels.
Aims
- To benefit from being part of a dynamic sector network that is ‘Leading, Creating and Sharing’ across the membership.
- To provide a platform for the ESPA Network members to take part in Q&A sessions with keynote speakers. Gain knowledge, good practice and expertise from each other, whilst using the opportunity to network with sector colleagues.
