Summary
ECU is holding the event, with the support of the SFC and CDN, to have a conversation with the sector on current policy in relation to gender and staff. ECU hopes to gather relevant views and produce initial recommendations of how to enhance, support and encourage staff progression as related to:
• Strategic aim #14 on staff progression within SFC’s Gender Action Plan (GAP).
• SFC’s second Equality Outcome on staff equality.

• Institutional policy and activity.
The recommendations will be forwarded for consideration by ECU, colleges and SFC.
