Summary

This event is delivered in partnership with the SPSO and will provide an opportunity to discuss how the sector deals with and learns from complaints and uses them to effect quality improvement

Who should attend

Staff from colleges in Scotland who deal with complaints, or who have an interest in learning from complaints

Aims
  1. Report on the sector PIs and identify any common themes emerging across the sector.
  2. Discuss Categories of Complainant and agree a common approach
  3. Identify methods to learn from complaints and effect quality improvement
