Summary
The MIS Network event brings together colleges and a range of external stakeholders to share updates, examples of best practice and examine the critical issues affecting the sector.
For this event, there will be a focus on the upcoming GDPR legislation and the relationship between Quality and MIS teams. In additon, there will be presentations from colleges and updates from the Scottish Funding Council and SQA.
Who should attend
MIS Network events are for staff with a responsibility for managing and developing the information systems within their colleges. This can include Credits, FES, PIs, student data, course information, timetabling and exams (as well as other systems).
Aims
This event aims to:
• provide updates from national stakeholders
• share examples of best practice
• offer the opportunity to network with colleagues in the sector
