What to Expect from the Community Share CPD: Introduction to Personal Resilience

Summary

This session will introduce the basics of what personal resilience is and how you can build resilience. This is an interactive session, where we encourage engagement from participants through presentation slides, individual tasks, groups discussions and the chat function. The session is suitable for those interested in finding out more about building personal resilience and will cover the following:
  • What is resilience and why is it important
  • Identify some of the key characteristics of resilient people
  • Discover the degree of resilience you already possess
  • Understand how to strengthen your personal resilience (using the Resilience Development Framework).

The aim of this workshop is to:
  • Introduce the concepts behind Personal Resilience
