Summary

This year’s Leadership & Governance Summit will focus on how the College sector is emerging from the twin challenges of the impact of COVID and Brexit.

The day will be an opportunity to focus on the potential for positive change offered by the ‘wicked issues’ emerging from these events rather than the negatives, and to do this in the context of the ongoing SFC Review.

There will be the opportunity not only to hear from key stakeholders but to discuss creative approaches to the future and inform the work of the CDN Research and Enhancement Centre in the coming years.

Aims

College board members and senior staff will have the chance to hear from key figures in the sector and engage in discussion to share their expertise and ideas as we aim to set the tone for the year ahead and encourage creative thinking to help us emerge from unprecedented times with a new vision for our sector that the CDN Research and Enhancement Team can support in their work.
