Ian Ball has worked in higher education for over 33 years from lecturer through to Dean of School and prior to that he was Head of Training and Development for the Highlands and Islands Accredited Training Centre. His background is in education and as part of his own personal and professional development he focused for a time on occupational psychology and how individuals and teams perform in the workplace. Ian sees people as the most important resource within an organisation and unlocking peoples’ potential both within and out-with work remains his key interest and passion. He is married with two children both at university and has an Airedale terrier called Freddie

Becca Millar
BeNutrition
Becca has over fifteen years’ experience of working within the Health and Nutrition industry and has a BSc in Nutritional Medicine. She believes that great nutrition is the foundation of good physical and mental wellbeing and maintains that, very often, just a few simple changes are all that are needed to bring the body back into balance, increasing energy and overall health. Becca acts as a Nutritionist to a variety of corporate, sports and community organisations offering training, workshops and talks. She is a regular guest on BBC Radio Scotland and has taught with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in Nutritional Therapy for over 10 years.
