1330-1630 | Getting everyone on board This session will support you to create a holistic, whole organisation approach to the Gender Action Plan. Too often these issues are left to those with equality and diversity in their job descriptions, when in fact to be successful, we need everyone on board. We will go through ways we can get middle managers on board and how we can make it a college wide priority. |
