Martin is a qualified lawyer and a chartered tax adviser who provides practical tax compliance and planning advice to a wide range of clients. Martin is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as both a specialist in private client tax and in trusts law and also sits on their Tax Law Sub-Committee.

Martin provides specialist tax compliance and planning advice to the Employment department. His work in this area includes providing tailored advice on employment status, the application of the IR35 rules, the structuring of contracts for services, contractor’s/employee’s remuneration packages, employee incentive schemes, salary sacrifice schemes, compromise agreements and termination packages.

Anthony has over 24 years of Financial Services experience gained at TSB, Lloyds & Barclays Corporate Banking. The majority of this time has been spent working in Risk & Credit Functions in either key first or second Line of Defence roles.

Anthony has recently joined Zurich and is looking forward to working across both the Private & Public sector and putting his risk management skills to the test across a wide and varied client portfolio.

Simon Mander heads up the WPM Consultancy team, with well over a decade of experience of online payments in the sector. He also works closely with the PCI DSS SIG, utilising his technical background and security expertise, to deliver PCI DSS Foundation and Practitioner courses for SIG members.

As a Senior Pre-sales Consultant, Dave has spent over 27 years working with customers to improve business processes, reduce costs and deliver new capability in financials and asset management across a range of industries including Local Government and Education.

Moira Joined Ryden in June 2013, bringing a wealth of experience gained over 18 years in both the public and private sectors.

She has specialised in Business Rates having spent seven years in the public sector as a valuer within the Renfrewshire Assessors Office and as a Business Rates Specialist in the private sector where she has achieved substantial savings for clients. She is an Honours member of the Institute of Revenue, Rating and Valuation and is also a member of the Rating Surveyors Association.

In additon to Rating, Moira is a Registerd Valuer and has dealt with commercial property valuations for secure lending purposes and in regard to public sector asset valuations. She has also provided advice in respect of rent reviews and lease renewals over large commercial portfolios.

Elizabeth specialises in providing internal audit services within the public sector. Her current portfolio is focused on education, with clients in the further and higher education sectors as well as central government. Elizabeth is a member of ICAS’s Audit and Assurance Panel as well as the Institute of Internal Audit's Scottish Regional Committee and in 2016 was recognised as one of ICAS's Top 35 CA's Under 35.
